General Clinic Updates

- Please arrive promptly for your appointment, stay in your car and call the clinic (989) 224-6495 to check in.
- Effective July 2023 ALL NEW CLIENTS will be required a deposit to schedule an appointment. This includes any returning clients of more than 3 years.
Attention to all of our clients, but particularly those that travel outside of the United States regularly. As of August 1, 2024, the requirements for travel with your pet are changing.
While each country has their own requirements for entry, the new policy is specifically for returning to the United States. Please visit the following websites for full details.
Please plan ahead for ALL future trips. These forms could take up to 28 days to be issued and all requirements must be met prior to the animal leaving, otherwise re-entry is not guaranteed. Please be patient with our staff as we navigate these new requirements. We will do our best to help guide you through this process.
