For your convenience, St. Johns Animal Clinic has an in-house pharmacy for medications that our veterinarians commonly use and prescribe. In the event that we do not carry an item that is recommended, your veterinarian will write you a prescription that can be filled at any pharmacy. In addition, there are many prescription and non-prescription medications that are available via our online store*.
Due to the increase in prescription drug abuse, we have made the following changes in our prescription drug policy: • We no longer dispense any controlled drugs. • We will write prescriptions for controlled drugs that may be filled at any pharmacy. • ALL prescription refill requests for controlled drugs will require a minimum 24 hour notice.
